Baystate Rehabilitation Care in Springfield, a service of Baystate Medical Center, We are looking to add a Per Diem Physical Therapist to our Outpatient staff.
provides a full range of rehabilitation services to help pediatric and adult patients regain function and achieve recovery. Our team of experienced therapists specialize in sports medicine, concussion treatment, pediatrics, neurological rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and audiology. We will work with you and your referring physician to develop an individualized treatment plan designed to reach your goals.
In meeting with our friendly and enthusiastic team, you will instantly feel welcomed and part of the rehab family. The core focus of BH rehab is quality of care our patients receive. You will have a thorough orientation and given a mentor to help with any questions during your first few months. The structure and stability we provide ensures weekly shifts and multidisciplinary support.
We have four satellite offices; South Hadley, East Longmeadow, Agawam and Birnie Ave in Springfield, making each shift different and exciting! The 3p-7p shift provides an active population of patients including sport and work related injuries.

You would be responsible for:
- Assisting patients in reaching maximum physical performance while adjusting to disabilities or recovering from injuries.
- Treating patients using standard physical therapy procedures.
Bachelor of Arts (Required)
